Get help

How to get support, report a bug, or suggest a feature for Trailkeep.

Check the Troubleshooting section first — common problems are documented there and will get you an answer faster than waiting for a reply.

Community (fastest response)

Join r/Trailkeep on Reddit. Post bugs, questions, or feature requests — Trailkeep is actively monitored there during the beta. It's also the best place to see what other hikers have discovered and to get fast answers from people who've hit the same issue.

Email support

For account issues, missing Pioneer status, data problems, or anything you'd rather not post publicly:

Email: info@trailkeep.com
Response time: typically 1–3 business days during the beta

Include your username and a description of what happened.

Reporting a bug

When reporting a bug, include:

  1. What you were trying to do
  2. What happened instead
  3. Your device and browser (e.g. iPhone 15 / Safari 17, or Windows 11 / Chrome 122)
  4. Any error messages you saw
  5. Your username (so we can look at your data if needed)

Feature requests

Post on r/Trailkeep with the [Feature Request] prefix, or email. Features requested by multiple users during the beta are prioritised for the roadmap.

Pioneer badge missing

If your account should have Pioneer status but the badge is not showing, email info@trailkeep.com with your username. This can happen for accounts created before the Pioneer tier was fully deployed.

About Trailkeep

Trailkeep is built by a small team during the open beta. Support responses may be slower during active development sprints. The best way to get a fast response is Reddit.
